Silver Line Phase III Project

Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA)

The SilverLine Phase III Project was the final segment of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA’s) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. Phase III links the existing Silver Line/ Washington Street Service (Phase I) and the existing Silver Line / Waterfront Service (Phase II).

Value Engineering Expert Board and Risk Management Review Board on Behalf of Federal Transit Authority Project Oversight:

Gall Zeidler Consultants (GZ) participated as a member of the Value Engineering Team for the project and also provided project management oversight consulting services. GZ was also part of a formal risk assessment workshop for the project.
