This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (this “Policy”) sets out the policies and procedures governing use of the website https://www.gzconsultants.com/ (this “Site”), which is provided to you (the “User”) by GALL ZEIDLER CONSULTANTS, L.L.C., a Virginia limited liability company and GALL ZEIDLER CONSULTANTS – UK LTD, a limited company registered in England and Wales (the “Company”). Access and use of this Site is governed by this Policy and the Company’s Cookie Policy (the “Cookie Policy”), which also can be located on the Site and which is incorporated into this Policy by this reference. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy, then he or she may not access or use this Site.
By accessing or using the Site, the User and the Company agree as follows:
- General. Knowing how its users are using the Site enables the Company to tailor its content to more effectively meet visitors’ needs. This also enables the Company to improve the quality of the Site by making sure that the content is properly formatted for hardware and browser needs. The Company does not intend to collect personally-identifiable information through data collection forms or portals. However, the Company may collect information from the User through specific “cookies”, websites, or other on-line media including certain Internet traffic data as discussed below. The purpose for processing this information is to analyze this Site’s traffic and to improve this Site by tailoring it to the particular interests of the User. In the event that the User’s personal information is collected as a result of a visit to this Site by a User within the European Economic Area ( “EEA”) or the United Kingdom, it is important that the User is aware that the information disclosed may be transmitted to our American entity outside of the EEA or UK which does not have equivalent strict data privacy laws. We comply with each country’s appropriate legal requirements, and, in principle, the requirements of the invalidated EU – US Privacy Shield in transferring personal data from the EEA or UK to the USA.
The Company is committed to working with the regulatory requirements established by the EU data protection authorities to address any complaint’s and to follow and comply with recommendations and advice given with regard to the information transferred to the USA.
- Links to Other Websites. The Site may contain links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, which are outside of the Company’s control and are not covered by this Policy or the Cookie Policy. If the User accesses any such websites using the links provided on our Site, the operators of those third-party websites may collect information from the User, and such information will be used by the third party in accordance with its own privacy policy, which may differ from this Policy. The Company’s privacy policy applies only to the Company website, so if the User clicks on another website, the User should read their privacy policy.

However, it is important to note that in general any information transferred over the Internet may potentially be accessed and abused by unauthorized parties.

Further, the Company does not intend to transfer data to any foreign country outside of the United States or the UK and EEU or other international organizations.

- Governing Law. This Policy is governed and shall be construed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any party commencing against any other party any legal proceeding (including, without limitation, any tort claim) arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Policy shall bring that proceeding in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia or in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia. Each party hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the purposes of any such proceeding and waives any claim that any legal proceeding brought in accordance with this Section 9 has been brought in an inconvenient forum or that the venue of that proceeding is improper.
- Amendment of this Policy. The Company reserve the right to revise modify, and amend this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting any such revised, modified, or amended Policy on the Site. Such revisions, modifications, or amendments will be effective on the date of publication on this Site. Each time the User accesses or uses this Site, he or she must review and abide by the then-current version of this Policy.
