GZ Principals Dr. Kurt Zeidler and Dr. Vojtech Gall Will Be Presenting at the 68th Geomechanics Colloquium in Salzburg, Austria
GZ’s Principals, Dr. Kurt Zeidler and Dr. Vojtech Gall, will be presenting at the 68th Geomechanics Colloquium being held in Salzburg, Austria October 10th – 12th.
They will be presenting their paper, “Modern Urban Tunneling – Responding to Social Needs,” which addresses the socio-economic reasoning for major urban infrastructure projects and insight into select technical solution that are required to realize these projects in urban settings.
Case histories that will be discussed are the Crossrail Project in London, UK, and the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Silicon Valley Phase II Project in downtown San Jose, California.
