An upcoming episode of “American Experience” airing on PBS will detail the MTA’s East Side Access project.  When completed, the project will connect the Long Island Rail Roads (LIRR) Main and Port Washington lines in Queens to a new LIRR terminal beneath Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan.  The cavern shown in the preview video will be part of the terminal.  GZ has played a major role on The East Side Access Project, including both design and construction support services.  Click here to watch a preview of the upcoming episode.
